In 2017, Pamela founded My Badass Recovery, with a fresh perspective on sobriety through online courses and coaching. She empowers others to break free from shame, cultivate resilience in sobriety, and embrace their authentic selves.

After dedicating nearly a decade to the biotech industry, Alyssa found herself grappling with a sense of emptiness. A transformative session with a life coach unveiled her underlying lack of direction.

This revelation ignited a profound journey: Alyssa transitioned into coaching, confronting and overcoming her own battles with alcohol, codependency, and food through the path of recovery.
